Working Student (m/f/x) / Technical Configuration + Service Support ENG/DE


We are looking for several working students to join our team and provide configuration support as well as technical support to our partners and their eco system, as well as our internal Project Management team, regarding the setup and/or resolution of software and integration issues via phone, e-mail, or via remote access for all our digital events products. Due to the global spread of our partner network and our clients, we are looking for team members who are willing to operate in a shift mode besides their studies, ideally outside ‘regular’ office hours i.e. evening and nights so that we can provide a 24/7 support model to our stakeholders.

  • Provides‌ ‌technical‌ ‌configuration‌ ‌of‌ ‌all‌ ‌products‌ ‌implemented,‌ ‌such‌ ‌as‌ ‌configuration‌ ‌of‌ ‌virtual‌ ‌booths,‌ ‌auditoriums‌ ‌and‌ ‌other‌ ‌event-specific‌ ‌elements‌ ‌and‌ ‌user‌ ‌management‌ ‌

  • Provides‌ ‌tier‌ ‌2‌ ‌technical‌ ‌support‌ ‌to‌ ‌clients‌ ‌and‌ ‌partners‌ ‌to‌ ‌resolve‌ ‌software‌ ‌and‌ ‌integration‌ ‌issues‌ ‌via‌ ‌phone,‌ ‌e-mail‌ ‌or‌ ‌remote‌ ‌access‌ ‌for‌ ‌all‌ ‌our‌ ‌digital‌ ‌events‌ ‌products 

  • Effectively‌ ‌troubleshoots,‌ ‌replicates‌ ‌and‌ ‌works‌ ‌with‌ ‌developers‌ ‌for‌ ‌workarounds‌ ‌and‌ ‌
    resolutions‌ ‌for‌ ‌all‌ ‌client‌ ‌issues‌ ‌

  • Assists‌ ‌in‌ ‌new‌ ‌product‌ ‌pilots‌ ‌through‌ ‌UAT‌ ‌and‌ ‌other‌ ‌related‌ ‌tasks‌ ‌

  • Provides‌ ‌technical‌ ‌support‌ ‌to‌ ‌all‌ ‌levels‌ ‌of‌ ‌Event‌ ‌and‌ ‌Project‌ ‌Management,‌ ‌as‌ ‌well‌ ‌as‌ ‌our‌ ‌external‌ ‌partners,‌ ‌regarding‌ ‌the‌ ‌resolution‌ ‌of‌ ‌product‌ ‌and‌ ‌client‌ ‌issues‌ ‌

  • Supports the team in other tasks as assigned



  • 1 - 3 years experience in technology environments, Client Services, Technical Support or equivalent outside experience (preferred Troubleshooting and Analysis experience)

  • strong in Technical Communication - written and verbal (fluent in Business English and German at min B2 level)

  • Effective Problem Solving skills and natural ability to handle critical situations with calm and confidence 

  • Self-organized, self-starter and willing to learn and self-educate

  • Time Management and Prioritization skills are essential to be successful. 

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Approaching an IT/Tech Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education/experience

  • HTML/XML experience highly desirable, other technology experience helpful

  • Further language capabilities, e.g. business fluent in French, Spanish or Arabic
